my husband and I purchased a membership in Belaire Golf and Spa in Puerto Vallarta in 2008, preconstruction. Everything looked good on paper, it sounded like a good deal and we were promised $2000 per each week per year to rent our weeks. Our first check was supposed to show up on Jan 2009. They were supposed to finish the constuction in July 2009. The company was supposed to be trading with Registy Collection.
