My mother ordered a dress for my daughter on Feb.03 2010. I was supposed to have it shippped in 11-13 working days w/ 3-5 days shipping or 6-9 days shipping. I was going on vacation from the 10 to the 20th, expecting that the dress might come while I was gone we chose standard shipping. Not only was the dress not there, it hadn't shipped, which it should have that friday. Or at least Monday, nope. When she contacted the company, they said it was Chinese New Year, to wait 5-7 days!
