For anyone out there who is in this awful mess with this or these companies. I have had the same problem and spoke to my credit card company this morning who told me to look on the official Ugg Australia web site and on the customer service page under counterfeit education, there is a facility to enter the "rip off" website name and if it is know to Ugg Australia it will say it is a known counterfeit website. It can then be printed off and this will aid your request to the credit card company in any dispute. read full review »
