Bought a timberland watch from Bid tv on 02/01/2010. Did not recieve item. Contacted customer services twice during following 6 weeks. Filled in form stating none delivery. Wrote further 3 E mails regards to refund. Never recieved a reply. Sent letter w/b 22/02/2010 giving them 2 weeks to refund my money. Have still not recieved a reply nor a refund. read full review »
