as i arrived at the airport last Feb.26, 2010 at 12:30 am for my scheduled flight at 4:15 am to Singapore, i did'nt advice that the flight was cancelled.No Jetstar personnel to be found.I ask the guard and told me that Jetstar always making cancellation, and told me that there is another flight at 10:40 am, So i have to stay awake all the time together with my Father, Mother and Grandmother who is 76yrs.old. just to look for the screen monitor in the departure area if there is really a flight for 10:40am.And also I need to call my... read full review »
