Below is a copy of an e-mail message I tried to send to Priceline regarding their customer service...which of course that was not an easy task. I tried over 10 times just to get this e-mail thru their standard customer service portal...wow! Note: I travel for a living so you can take my complaint as a pretty reliable source.
