I was doing some research regarding a good Antivirus and then suddenly this "Security Tool" appeared on my desktop. It offered to protect my computer against viruses and to clean the computer, etc. The offer was $50, so I paid for it in hope that it would be a programme that would help my computer. The complete opposite happened, it blocked many websites and it seemed to block any normal activity that I tried to undertake on my computer.
