Sir, I have purchased w580i on 14 Oct 2008, but after 8 months it had some problem in display, so I went to service center in Kota(Rajasthan) they kept it from June 2009 to almost for three moths .After getting it back the problem was still there .They changed the motherboard plate for two times and when I again went back they started giving me meaning less reasons and in that duration my warranty period had been over Then I call to customer care so many times, but the result was same no hearing I can't understand which... read full review »
