Oh how I wish I'd checked merchant reviews before ordering from this place! I ordered a DS modchip October 9th. They charged me immediately, but said it would take 15 business days to process. 15 business days later I call and email, no response. Finally after TWO MONTHS of constant emails, they say the chip is on backorder and they'll "get back to me". One month of emails later (Jan 7th), they reply that the item has been shipped.
