I am an ICICI bank Customer (A/c #017701007474). I tried using the Axix BAnk ATM in Gurgaon DLF-1. The money was never dispensed by the vending machine however the amount was deducted by the bank. I lodged a compliant with ICICI and was provided with a reference number (132766923). They gave me a timeframe of 12 business days by which time the problem would be resolved and the amount credited to my account. I called them up on the 13 th day to be told that Axis has rejected the request on the grounds that the money was dispensed by the vending macine. read full review »
