Dear Sir, i have taken one hyundai verna car. at the time of booking they have committed me the exchange bonus of rs-10000/-.i have submitted all the relevant documents inconnection with the exchange bonus.but the dealer (Super parts Faridabad ) till not give me the exchange bonus and there is no response from their part last two years(14-1-08).several times i have complaint it with the customer care, but no response.my new hyundai verna car number is HR -29 T -1038 .
