This is to raise my voice on the worst maintenance of seats in VRL buses. Its full of bed bugs and impossible to even close ur eyes for 2-3 mins also. You cannot have a peaceful journey in VRL. its pathetic. Skin is full of rashes due to the irritation caused by bed bugs. No cleanliness. please maintain the buses bugs free. We have to go to work next day, and its like i havent slept for ages. For the bus fare charged, is this the kind of service provided for passengers? read full review »
