Outsourcing... Bad decision. Atleast not customer service. There is not a single place to get all the information you need. I wanted to close one of my account and cash out the balance Thursday - I am told I cannot close the account becasue the balance is more that 2K. Later on Thursday I realized they still put a block on my account. So now my money is stuck. Friday - I called to inquire why and I was told they will need to research and will let me know on Tuesday. (Ha.. it takes more than 48 hours to read call log... read full review »
