First and foremost I have to say that I have never had a worse experience with a company that I was paying to do a repair. I found the customer service rep & Manager in the call center HORRIBLE as well as the Field tech was very unprofessinal. I set up and appointment for Sat 3/6/2010 from 1-5pm the tech call to advise he was on the way however he needed to confirmed that i could pay for the charge for the visit and the parts.
