My wife sent in some jewellry to help pay for some doctor's bills. The jewellry was appraised at $3, 000. She received a cheque for $30! These people are dishonest and unethical. We returned the cheque and requested our gold back and as I have found out recently, we got the same answer as many other people, the gold had been refined dispite the fact we advised them by phone and by registered letter.
