Dear Concern Hi, this is Himanshu Kansal from Patiala (Pb.). This is regarding a complaint regarding the ticket availaibility at Patiala indian railway station. First of at every ticket counter there i in written that passenger could get a return ticket for journey above 200 km in advance. Then why the lady employee at the ticket counter refuses to provide the same when asked to provide the return ticket from delhi to ambala city. She said we can't provide the return ticket.
