Citibank were informed 2 days before a fraudulent transaction was going through my account. How did I know it was fraudulent? I had internet accounts at a company called FASTHOSTS but their service was poor and the rules changed to suit their own book all day.Fasthosts refused to cancel my card details so I informed Citibank..What happened ? they allowed the transaction to go through.
