Reviewing our Visa transaction detail, we found a charge for $59.99 from DRI*Symantec with the address of myord.com/symMN but no transaction was authorized and no product received. I tried to email the address as listed to have the charge removed and was not able to actually get in contact with any such company. Any help would be greatly appreciated removing this charge. read full review »
