i had registered a complaint regarding non working of my machine in oct 2009.the machine was under warranty the technician put the blame on voltage fluctuation and made me purchase a voltage cut off .now on feb 15 2010 the same complaint repeated and the technician places the blame on the mother board.the company has agreed to replace but till today 13/3/2010 the machine is underrepair .this is the reputation of customer satisfaction of ifb indusrties/congatulations to the bosses of ifb . read full review »
