It only takes one company to screw things up for every other company wanting to sell products on line. Currently they are SWreg and Xilisoft over 2 weeks ago now I purchased a converter program and to date have not received what I have paid for. The amount of emails and resubmitting I have done is stupid yet the companys in question can still send you stupid emails requesting you to buy more from them.
