I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the customer service dept from Bad Boy furniture store. I bought kitchen appliances fridge, stove and dishwasher machine in Oct 2005 with warranty I might add...Well!!! my fridge stopped working, called bad Boy customer service no response x 2 days, called again...answer machine-left message...no response...called next day...arrange date for Friday...service person arrived (shocked...arrived the stated time as agreed 10 am) states " compressor blown..need new one...have to... read full review »
