numerous errors, last one phoned in prescription number and another drug was dispensed. They should of noticed as this drug was dispensed one month earlier. Client is 88. Had complained that this drug was refunded but still (weeks later) shows in extended medical system. They are thus getting paid. Another time doctor ordered Vitamin B12, drugstore dispensed with a dispensing fee instead of offering the client (age 88) over the counter service.
