I purchased two watches from Swiss Replica Store and one was defective. I contacted Customer Service via email and they agreed to replace the watch. I shipped my defective watch to them and they said they would ship a replacement right away. 6 months and no less than 20 emails later, they have not shipped a replacement and will not ship either the replacement or my original defective watch back to me. I contacted theCustomer Service representative in Canada and she was ineffective, claiming that she had no power over the returns or shipping. It appears the customer service is just a facade to make the company seem legitimate, which it is not. read full review »
