I ordered from this site in June/July of 2009. I cancelled my account and received confirmation in July of 2009. On January 13, 2010, I was billed again for $85.31. I have called 5 times, and each time I was told it would be refunded within the next 2- 5 business days. It is now March 17th, 2010!!! Now when I try to call, the number no longer works!
