Dear, I had purchased a Samsung (SBH500)blue tooth from pune samsung outlet within 1 month it is broken as i had gone to the coustomer care centere but they asked me for the bill as i had misplaced the bill that mens i cant get the service as its in the warranty period if such things will happen to the coustomer at lest it can be repaired or replacced please find the attached photo of it. read full review »
