Hi this is raj, I have Sun DTV connection – 4116 9616 269 For the past 25 days it is not working and the issue is 0 signal. I called sun customer service for more then 15 times, and filed 5 complaints, but they have not sorted out the issue, I spoke with Customer care executive Manual, Prabin, Anand, mohan, Margrat and TL Neelu etc they always say’s, before end of day it will be sorted out but till now it is not done.
