bestbookings.com - Smart website, seemed genuine, so we booked a hotel through them. A couple of days before arrival, we receive an email to the effect that we had cancelled the booking. Oh, no we hadn't. We emailed back asking then to explain and received an email back saying that we had requested a cancellation. We emailed back again and received exactly the same email back - a standard reply. We went to Moss travel - the parent company? and emailed them. Same reply - but there was a 24 hr helpline!
