Respected Sir, I am Swati Ghosh, a student from I.I.T Madras and had applied for tatkal passport on 20th Nov 2009. My application number is MATI55775909SR0319 and my file no is A036896/09. I had received my passport on 3rd Dec 2009 but unable to use it because I had to go out of station due to some unavoidable circumstances in December during which I missed my police verification.On contacting the inquiry, I reapplied for police verification on 24th Jan 2010 which was finally done on 9th march 2010.
