They stole 35.95 from my bank account without my authorization. I tried to contact the company via email. Well they make you select from a drop down menu so all you get in return is an automated response. I then tried calling the number at the bottom of their website and was on hold for over an hour. Never once spoke to a real person. Basically, if you have Norton Anti Virus or Trend Micro anti virus DO NOT renew your subscription.
