I would like to start by saying that my business is a Vodacom customer (and so have all my businesses ever since I bought my first cellphone about 15 years ago). Right now, I am highly offended by their business practices. They charged me R4226 for data that Neotel charges me R220 for. That is R4000 more than what is fair. In this day and age it is a disgrace. It is immoral, unacceptable and criminal. Shame on Vodacom. Their out of bundle rates are inconceivable.
