I ordered some custom boxes in December 2009 from Actualprint.com. They promised I would receive my order within 10 days after they have received payment by bank check. I sent the payment through and Actualprint cashed the check but I didn't receive the boxes I'd ordered. When 1.5 months had passed I called them to follow up on my order and was told it had not been sent for some reason, but would be sent the following week.
