Companies are using IYogi for their IT support...Microsoft, Shield Deluxe, HP etc. When you call for assistance technician tells you there are more problems and in order for them to help you you must purchase their $139.00 computer repair package. I paid this and the technician started working on my computer and in the middle of the job he said it was time for him to go home.
