In 2008 I purchased a PS3 in Panam. A few weeks ago, the console presented some problems. As a Sony consumer, I took it to the Sony Repair Center in Panam. For my surprise, Sony Panam told me that they cannot repair this console in Panam and I should send it to Europe (Italy or Spain). I sent several emails to Sony Panam without any answer. I believe that Sony believes that I should throw away my PS3 and buy a new one, cause the support I had was totally terible! No solution from Sony USA, Japan and Panam.
