Dear Sir my complaint no with samsung: 8413157136 I had purchased a split AC 5 star rating of make SAMSUNG on 12/03/2010 from a local dealer and on the very same day of the installation some whissing sound came from the indoor unit and the AC in not working. I had made the complaint with the authorities after consulting with the installation guy and then complaint registered with the samsung centre. But nothing has been happended till date.
