Hair Horror!! my hair was recently ruined this Saturday for my up coming wedding day this weekend. Capilli Hair design of Palmerston North refuse to refund my money $180 for only a colour and cut - no blowwave. I didn;t have time to get it redone due to time constraints and frankly wouldn't want the same stylist doing it!! I complained, I was overcharged, hair left brittle and overprocessed ( I look like a 1985 Rocker!)
