On March 30, 2010 at around 8:30 AM I stopped by Montvale Shell Svc Gas station located at 98 N. Kinderkamack Road, Montvale, NJ. While waiting for service I picked up a phone call. I opened my gas tank and waited for an employee to provide me with the service. After waiting for 30 minutes I beeped my horn and an employee came.
