We purchased two Toshiba Tecra A11 laptops from Toshiba over the phone. When speaking with the sales representative she did not inform us that the preconfigured laptop did not come with Office Professional but only a 60 day trial version. She did not even offer it to be purchased. She also told us that they would be shipping out our laptops in the next two days becuase we had made the first shipment cutoff.
