Digitel Philippines is a DISASTER when it comes to service needs and connection complaint issues. They should be sued, but who among the thousands of small fry users has the clout to do anything about them? They offer a lot, and deliver garbage services, do not answer phones, and the connection speed is CONSTANTLY not even 1/4th of the subscribed speed.
