I am a CPA in tax season. My copier/fax/scanner is under warranty and isn't working. Samsung agreed to replace it. 10 days later I find they have not yet sent a replacement. They have no units available and will not send something else for me to use on a temporary or permanant basis, give me a credit towards a new purchase, ship something from a store or ANY other alternative to get me a copier during tax season.
