Priceline put together a flight itinerary that allowed 20 minutes from arrival to departure of a connecting flight in San Jose. This was physically impossible to accomplish. No other flights were available when we arrived. We had to fly to Seattle, rent a car at our own expense, and drive 175 miles to Portland. They said it was our fault, we chose the itinerary, all the while assuring us that "customer service" was their priority.
