I ordered from Rollies on 2/23/10 - they estimated 4 weeks shipping time. that 4 weeks came & went and I emailed 2x & finally received a response when I said I was disputing the charge on my card. The answer I got from Rollies was frankly - rude, unprofessional and almost threatening! they indicated that by my disputing the charge on my card, i was going to be labeled an 'international high risk customer' and would most likely get charged by my credit card company.
