I joined Premier Fitness 2 months ago with my wife at the Kennedy Rd location in Scarborough. Since then I became aware that much of the equipment was not working . For instance out of the 30 treadmills they have only about 5 were functioning and they were not working all that well. Exercise bikes has pedals missing from them and other machines are also down.
