To The MCD Commisioner Dear Sir There is a illegal construction of basement is going on at 216, Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar Delhi-110033. The basement was sealed by MCD some time back and there is still no clearance from MCD for construction of basement.The building is already having two commercial floors with no parking space outside and with the constrcution of the basement as well it will make our life difficult for all the residents.
