I made a hotel booking for a date in April, for Florence, Italy, on-line at the hotelto4u website, in February and made payment on-line, with protection, bu credit card. I received boking confirmation and voucher. The money was taken from my bank account. Two days ago I received an email, undated, unsigned from MOSS TRAVEL, stating tht my booking had been cancelled.
