PODs call center employees are COMPLETELY unable to help with anything. I ordered a POD for storage on a commercial jobsite, and was told it was not a problem to set up an account and be invoiced. At that time, I requested a W9 and an invoice. After 3 requests, I finally got each after several delinquent notices which started from the day the pod was delivered. When it came time to remove the pod, they would not schedule until payment was recieved, and would not provide an address to overnight the payment to other than the local branch... read full review »
