The Samsung products are premium priced but when you need service there is no service network for entire states. We suffered through numerous no shows from an out of state, none in ours, service company. Called Samsung Corporate sat on numerous holds, 2 1/2 hours to get blown off. tried again got up to the executive customer complaint person who promised a call back within 3 days. Pitiful. She should have said never because we never did get a call back . Three weeks later our washing machine that is less than 6 months old was repaired by the company we chased for weeks.
