I booked a reservation using Expedia for a hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express in Pocomoke City. I was told I would receive an email confirmation with the hotel information. I never received an email from Expedia. When we arrived to the hotel, we found that Expedia had gotten our arrival date incorrect and we had already been charged $189 for two rooms.
