Am professional builder. Initial order, 24th Feb 2010; items stated as in stock; assurance of imminent delivery by end first week march. Early march, upon tearing out clients bathroom, QS change delivery date 28th March. Charged £50 delivery charge to supply only shower base to enable me to tile bathroom; shower base delivered not suitable. Returned to QS. Purchase base from alternative supplier and await quadrant. 28th March; no quadrant, client very stressed.
