They talked me into not making my minimum monthly payment and told me they were going to freeze activity on my account so that I could get my balance down. They didn't. After six months of paying the payment on time via auto pay, they told me that I misunderstood the deal and that I was only to bring my account into some sort of good standing. The problem with this lie is that I would never have made such a deal, where I pay more than $700 to eliminate $166 in overages.
