I bought travel insurance for tix purchased on Priceline.com . My travel companion had a death in the family and we had to cut our trip short. Priceline refused to change my ticket home (though it is a covered event) and referred me to AIG Insurance to file a claim, who will then examine my claim and render a decision and appropriate refund within 4 to 6 weeks.
